Return Policy for Artwork
Overview: Each piece of artwork is created with care and intention. Because original art and custom-made pieces are unique, this return policy is designed to protect both the collector and the artist.
Original Artwork: All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the one‑of‑a‑kind nature of original pieces, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
Custom or Commissioned Work: No returns or refunds are offered on commissioned pieces. Throughout the creation process, clients receive updates and opportunities for feedback to ensure satisfaction before completion.
Prints & Reproductions: Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if: The item arrives damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide photos of the damage or error within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). Provide photos of the packaging and artwork. A replacement or store credit will be issued when applicable.
Color & Texture Variations: Please note: Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. For carved or textured pieces, natural variations in wood grain or material are part of the artwork’s character. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. Commissioned work cannot be canceled once the creative process has begun.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 48 hours after receiving the carving
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address that appears on the return request at: ddxsquaredy@gmail.com
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
